AR. AKSHAY DEEPAK SALUNKE

founder & ceo

Ar. Akshay Salunke is from Mumbai and an Architect by profession and has done Post Graduation in Built Habitat and Environment (Anant Fellowship) in Ahmedabad and done bachelor’s in Architecture from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai.

He also had the opportunity to work on his thesis on Electric vehicles. He set up industrial infrastructure with a prototype of fuel charge station, industrial park, R&D, and other facilities, and an operation proposal of the site with 240 acres. During his Fellowship, worked with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on a live-action project to make better streetscapes.

While working with Lodha group and Brookfield properties he worked on several projects and completed his MBA from IIM Kozhikode, Kerala. During his work experience working on set design set of the movie Wazir and Jaquar commercial shoot where had the opportunity to work with various departments from procurement, construction management, project management, design control, facility management services, and a series of consultants from the landscape, water, HVAC, structural, and several others and worked on Luxurious Projects. He worked on strategic marketing and consulting in his internship and focused on the workplace design of the future.

Akshay shares domain knowledge in Architecture Planning, Interior Design, Set Design, and other fields, along with hands-on knowledge of Marketing and Consulting. Akshay is a Product Manager with a leading Crypto Exchange A and an enthusiast of Metaverse and Blockchain.

A visionary person who decided to do MBA to utilize the maximum potential for the startup setup and give the built environment the essential boost and proceed with the age-old start-up he thought about. Driven by passion and enthusiasm is ready to go the extra mile to achieve his dream.

The vision of Habitat 63 was coined years ago, and required skills and experience was the process, and finally, the formulation of this Company came into existence and was ready to strike out new heights. The company is striking to be the game changer and build an Utopia with the synergy of all the elements combined.
